Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.
Q: Is this a legit company?: A: Please, rest assured that our company is both legal and formal. Hebeos.com has been verified by Norton Secured Seal and using HTTPS security protocol. You can pay via PayPal for your order and your payment will be safeguarded. Moreover, you can also look up for real life pictures from our gallery or Facebook page. So we are legit and safe to use.
Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.
Q: Which payment options are available?: A: You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.

I ordered this dress in Daffodil for my little sister for prom and she looked absolutely amazing in it! She wanted to wear a dress that was comfortable but still girly and a little different than what she usually wears. She lives in San Diego and I live in Houston so I took a chance on Hebeos and ordered this dress that I thought would most fit what she was looking for. She loved it! She was so happy with how it fit and how true to style the dress was. We were so nervous it wouldn't be like the picture but it was exactly. I will definitely be ordering more dresses in the future.

This dress was everything! I had a seamstress to add the feathers around the top to make it pop but the dress was perfect without the feathers. I sent in her measurements and the special request of the train in the back and you guys made it perfect. The quality of the dress was amazing! Will be back for senior prom!

The packaging was awful to avoid cost on there part because I ordered 4 dresses and 3 accessories. I did custom fitting and all the dresses were good but mine which cost an extra 200 to alter as it was way too long to walk in but otherwise amazing quality and beautiful dresses and quality and for the price you cannot beat it!!

There were no reviews yet when we ordered this dress so I was a little worried how it would look. I worried for nothing. It was beautiful! Great material and perfect fit! We ordered the corset back so it would fit snug and added a few rhinestones. I would give 10 stars if u could and we'll be ordering from Hebeos for her next prom as well! Thank you so much!

This dress has a good quality and it over all fits nicely. A few minor adjustments need to be made to the length and the straps but that’s fine. I asked for the slit to be high up because i had seen in previous dresses that Hebeos likes to make their slits low to where it looks awkward and the slit on the dress looks awkward. I’ll have to get that fixed, but overall the dress is really nice.
