2.Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3.If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

I was pretty weary getting this dress but it was amazing! Got here in good time and it was beautiful for prom. I am plus size so I put in custom measurements and did slight alterations to the straps and it was perfect. I am 5'3 and 310 for reference. Love this website and I will order from here again!

I ordered my dress with custom sizing and it was absolutely perfect, straps are a little long but an easy fix. I asked if they could add in a pocket and they did! It came surprisingly fast, even with the extra tailor time. The dress is so high quality and really well made!!
